RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (Part-time and Full-time)
We’re looking for Retail Sales Associate who is warm and friendly with the ability to multitask and meet sales quotas. Candidates with strong communication skills, product knowledge and love for fashion are bound to succeed. Job Duties:
- Strong communication skills and engaging personality to make customers feel welcome.
- Build relationships with customers and generate new and repeat sales.
- Assist customers with clothing selections and outfit recommendations.
- Actively listen to any customer concerns or issues with the ability to problem-solve.
- Assist Store Manager in reaching company sales goals. Relay customer feedback to the Store Manager.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Ensure products are stocked and presented properly.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
- Manage shrinkage control.
- Work efficiently and accurately with our POS system.
- Manage exchanges and returns of merchandise
- Stay up-to-date with new products and services.
Job Details:
$14-16/hour
