Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date the order was placed for a full refund back to the original payment method. Please allow 7 days transit time when returning your item by mail.

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Final Sale items and Gift Cards may not be returned. Final sale items include goods identified with a $.97 price.

• Accessories can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
• Returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days.
• Returns must be accompanied by an original or gift receipt.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund request that does not comply with our return policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

What cannot be Returned?

• Final Sale clothing items identified with prices ending in $.97.
• 3rd party vendor merchandise (ie accessories, home goods) cannot be returned but can be exchanged or will be issued store credit.

How do I make a return?

Visit our South Shore Market store to make a return.

For online returns, if you can’t make it to the store, follow our return by mail process below:

1. Email our team: returns@alwaysaline.com to inform us that you are making a return. Be sure to include your order number, item description and reason for the return.

2. We will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label.

3. Repackage your merchandise securely. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package.

4. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved and processed. A full refund will be made back to the original form of payment. For gift returns, an electronic store credit will be issued. Store credit is valid for 2 years after issue date. Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your return for the store credit to be processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. Your refund will be made in your original form of payment. It may take one to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

How can I make an exchange?

We do not make exchanges. We encourage you to place a new order for the item online. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the date that you placed your order for a full refund. Allow 7 days transit time when returning your item. See our Return Policy above for details.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free USPS shipping within the USA.

Where do you ship?

Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Australia, Canada and Japan. Please email our Customer Service team for shipping rates.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

How long will it take for my international order to arrive?

Please allow 5–10 business days to receive your order.

Gift Orders

Can I include a gift receipt with my order?

Yes. Please request a gift receipt to be included with your gift. Return instructions will be noted on this receipt. 

What is the return policy on gifts?

• Gift returns must be accompanied by a gift or original receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a valid receipt.

• Gift returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after 30 days.

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

• Store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of merchandise and valid for 2 years from issue date.

How do I return a gift?

Visit our South Shore Market location to make a gift return.

Received a gift that was purchased online? Follow our return by mail process below:

Gift Cards

How can I purchase a gift card?

Visit our South Shore Market location to purchase a physical gift card. Available in amounts from $20 to $200 or whatever amount you desire.

Need a gift card right away?

Purchase and send a digital gift card (amounts available: $25, $50, $100 or $200) through our website.

An email will be sent to the person who purchases the digital gift card. The purchaser must forward (or print) the code and instructions contained in the email to the recipient. Our digital gift cards have no additional processing fees. Valid online or at our South Shore Market location.

What are your Gift Card Terms?

Gift cards expire 2 years from the purchase date.

Our gift card is redeemable at our South Shore Market location and on our website.

Treat this card as cash; if it is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. Our gift card is subject to the terms of the agreement.

For gift card balance, expiration date or any other inquiries, please email our Customer Service team. Please be sure to include the gift card code located on the back of the card for all inquiries.

Merchandise Credit

When does merchandise credit expire?

2 years after issue date.

How do I redeem merchandise credit?

Enter your store credit number in the Gift card or discount code field on the payment page during checkout. You may use any, all, or none of your store credit when completing your order.

Can I use my merchandise credit at the South Shore Market location?

Yes, of course!

What are your Merchandise Credit terms?

Merchandise Credit is redeemable at our South Shore Market location and on our website.

Sizing and Garment Care

How do I know my size?

For proper sizing of our garments, please refer to our sizing chart. In general, regular sizing is for women 5'5" and above. Petite sizing is for women 5'4" and below.

How do I care for my garments?

Hand wash in COLD water only.

Lay flat to dry and iron on low heat as needed.

A few tips to keep your garments looking at its best:

-Wash garments inside out and in a garment bag.

-Use as little detergent as possible as it is abrasive in lifting stains which could include color.

- No harsh scrubbing or twisting.  

-Do not use the washing machine, including delicate cycle.
