Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns must be returned to our South Shore Market location or received at our warehouse within 30 days of the date that you placed your order for a full refund. Allow 7 days transit time when returning your item by mail.

We accept returns on purchases made from our online store and our South Shore Market Store. Bring your receipt and a valid I.D. to process the return in store.

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Final Sale items and Gift Cards may not be returned. Final sale items include goods identified with a $.97 price.
• Returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund request that does not comply with our return policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

What cannot be Returned?

• Final Sale clothing items identified with prices ending in $.97.
• 3rd party vendor merchandise (ie accessories, home goods) cannot be returned but can be exchanged or will be issued store credit.
• Gift Cards.

How do I make a return?

Stopping by our South Shore Market store is the easiest way to make a gift return.

Canʻt make it to the store then follow our return by mail process below:

1. Email us at returns@alwaysaline.com to inform us that you are returning a gift. Refer to your gift receipt: include your order number, item description and reason for the return. 

2. We will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label.

3. Repackage your merchandise securely. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package.

4. You will receive a store credit once your return has been approved and processed. Store credit is valid for 2 years after issue date. Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your return for your store credit to be processed.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. Your refund will be made in your original form of payment. It may take one to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

How can I make an exchange?

We do not make exchanges. We encourage you to place a new order for the item online. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the date that you placed your order for a full refund. Allow 7 days transit time when returning your item. See our Return Policy above for details.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free USPS shipping within the USA.

Where do you ship?

Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Australia, Canada and Japan.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

How long will it take for my international order to arrive?

Please allow 5-10 business days to fulfill order. Japan shipping via Yamato Transport will take 4-7 days in transit.

Gift Orders

Can I include a gift receipt with my order?

Yes. Please request a gift receipt to be included with your gift. Return instructions will be noted on this receipt.

How do I exchange a gift?

We do not make exchanges on gifts. Please contact us for any questions or concerns.

Gift Cards

What are your Gift Card Terms?

Gift cards expire 2 years from purchase date.

Our gift card is good at all always a.line locations. Treat this card as cash; if it is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. Our gift card is subject to the terms of the agreement. Our gift card may be applied to the cost of any item in our South Shore Market store and online at alwaysaline.com. 

For physical gift card balance and expiration date, send us an email with the order number or gift card code located on the back of the card. We will email you the current balance and expiration date.

Store Credit

When does store credit expire?

2 years after issue date.

How do I redeem store credit?

Enter your store credit number in the Gift card or discount code field on the payment page during checkout. You may use any, all, or none of your store credit when completing your order.

Can I use my store credit at the South Shore Market store?

Yes, of course!

Sizing and Garment Care 

How do I know my size?

For proper sizing of our garments, please refer to our sizing chart. In general, regular sizing is for women 5'5" and above. Petite sizing is for women 5'4" and below.

How do I care for my garments?

Please hand wash in COLD water only. 

Hang to dry and iron on low heat as needed. 

A few tips to maintain your garments are to use little detergent as it is abrasive in lifting stains which would include color. 

Wash garments inside out, no harsh scrubbing. 

Do not use the washing machine, including delicate cycle.
